Context
The CASTEL group wished to modernise and unify its network to gain stability and performance. The challenge was to deploy a robust SD-WAN infrastructure to reduce latency, optimise costs, and guarantee service continuity.

Preliminary study Analysis of existing links, network topology and specific site requirements.
SD-WAN Architecture Design Selection of appropriate Aruba equipment, definition of routing policies and traffic prioritisation.
Phased rollout Commissioning of the new network site by site, to limit disruptions and validate performance at each stage.
Supervision and MCO Implementation of 24-hour supervision, monitoring of indicators and rapid intervention in case of an incident.
Skills transfer Building an internal IT team to ensure autonomous management, while offering continuous support.
