BRAKINA wanted to strengthen real-time monitoring of its IT and OT infrastructures. Outages or malfunctions had an impact on production and service availability, requiring a high-performance and responsive supervision system.

Ensure a Level 1 intervention within 30 minutes in case of an alert.
