CASTEL GROUP – WAN Link Supervision

Obkio Supervision: Improving internet link performance and reducing operating losses.

Context

The CASTEL group was facing serious problems with the quality of its internet links across 23 subsidiaries: speeds below contractual commitments, frequent disconnections, and degraded performance. These failures were impacting productivity and leading to significant operational losses.

Requirements

Implement a monitoring solution to accurately measure actual flow rates and detect outages.

Analyse and resolve, link by link, incidents in collaboration with each local operator.

Reduce operating losses related to downtime and poor service quality.
